» On a two person team responsible for all aspects of property renovation, including investment and real estate, construction and project management, architectural design, landscape design, interiors, lighting and sound design, custom cabinetry, and staging and decor.
» Director of project management of ten renovations to date, focusing on historically and architecturally significant properties.
» Outline and adhere to strict monetary budgets on all projects.
» Responsible for sourcing of all building materials, with a commitment to utilizing a diverse range of inventive, sustainable, and often re-purposed materials.
» Perform in-depth analysis of development potential in all prospective and acquired properties.
» Work alongside the Building and Safety City Departments to obtain and modify permits as well as garner information on city specific building codes in various cities including Los Angeles, Pasadena, Malibu, Palm Springs, Long Beach, and Honolulu.
» Responsible for all marketing materials and online presence, including branding, website, social media, and PR.
